Velvety soups the sweetness of winter

The recipes for our soups and cream soups are often passed down from generation to generation. They bring back memories of childhood and of meals shared as a family.

Today, consumption patterns have evolved: we like this smooth and gourmet cuisine for a light but consistent supper with essential ingredients (broth, onion, spices, milk, etc.). We obviously like the traditional recipe with a touch of cream but also more daring recipes with spices to enhance the flavour of the vegetables.

We prefer them presented in glass jars, for a good conservation of nutrients and ingredients as well as for the elegant and colourful visual.

SDP Rungis offers a very wide range of soups and veloutéés :

- the Jean d'Audignac range in 50cl format, often with a hint of cream: the 5 vegetable peasant soup, the pumpkin cream soup, the leek and potato recipe, the tomato soup with basil, the watercress soup, but also the carrot soup with cream, asparagus, mushroom or courgette and the green spring vegetable soup.

- the range of traditional and original Jean d'Audignac organic soups in 50cl format : the organic chestnut velouté from Ardèche, the organic carrot velouté with langoustines or the organic tomato velouté with lobster.

- the range of Jean d'Audignac fish soups, still in 50cl format with the different recipes of shellfish bisque but also the audacious Thai fish soup or the spicy version with Espelette chilli pepper.
